History

Ultro Group brings over 80 years of experience and history to the Australian building and construction industry.

Managing Director and founder, Matt Lynch, began his career in construction as an apprentice plasterer. Using his personal experiences and knowledge, Matt was able to found dependable construction and fit out companies. The drive was to create businesses that provided a high level of construction service, working in partnership with contractors.

Ultro was created in 2015 by using 20 years of industry experience and contacts to supply quality trades and labour staff to a range of builders and subcontractors. Ultro has provided workers for commercial projects ranging from small construction fit out through to large scale major projects.

Achieving success in the fields of Construction and Recruitment allowed Ultro to expand their business and create equally successful Plant and Equipment Hire services and Trailer Hire services.

Reliability and an excellent reputation with their clients allowed Ultro to extend beyond their headquarters in Melbourne, and establish offices in Sydney, Perth and Pakenham. They have completed projects in every State and Territory in Australia, providing staff and services to contractors working on State and Federal Government projects, airports, manufacturing centres (building products), universities, sporting centre and a range of property developers.

Ultro's continued success and expansion is due to its core values of safety, integrity, accountability, knowledge and financial responsibility. And Ultro's client's know that they deliver a quality service ensuring their workforce is kept safe and all project expectations are met.
